Dr. Robert S. Kagan is a board-certified plastic surgeon, with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Kagan attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana for both his undergraduate education and medical school. He received his plastic and reconstructive surgical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery, Dr. Kagan actively continues his education and regularly attends medical conferences nationwide. Dr. Kagan is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, contributing his time and expertise on various committees for the advancement of plastic surgery.
